Scope of services:
- Introduced Steelcase to the options for creating a new ecommerce site selling products directly to consumers.
- Defined interface and interaction design to improve product presentation while incorporating all necessary content.
- Developed a custom module to integrate a new content management system with a 3rd party ecommerce application, streamlining site maintenance.
- Constructed a search engine marketing plan and developed online marketing and advertising materials.
Since launching the site, we’ve continued to work with Steelcase advertising the store with online marketing pieces.
